For many years, the scout had peered over the wall above the tunnel bringing the line from Turnchapel Station, or gazed across the water from Cattedown, but had not been able to enter the M.O.D. wharf, a Royal Marines base.
Then, on 20th June, 2017, he found the gates gone and commercial activity establishing itself, so he wandered in for a look around.
